Good organization and communication skills are a must as this is a high volume business. By necessity our business model has a low overhead structure, agents must be able to work independently and comfortable doing so. Prices are so readily available that buyers and sellers can know specific markets better than some real estate agents. Look at any industry that has applied advances in technology and see if the jobs were as many as before the technology changed. The answer is no, except for Real Estate.
