So if you combine the two using the internet and previewing homes, reducing our time by limiting the number of showings, we’ll reward you with up to 1% of the purchase price of the home. We’ll of course write the contract, conduct the market analysis, assist in negotiations and provide our expertise in closing the purchase of the home on terms most favorable to you.
This is offered for existing homes for sale and new construction.
Knowledgeable Buyer Client
The Knowledgeable Buyer Client is knowledgeable about the home(s), neighborhood(s), pricing, their ability to purchase and commitment to purchase and is a recent client of Golden Realty. The Knowledgeable Buyer Client has found homes acceptable to them using Golden’s resources or other means and just really need to see the inside of a home to make a decision. Golden shows the homes and discusses the pros and cons of each home to assist buyer in making the decision. We’ll write the Offer to Purchase Agreement, negotiate and close the transactions using our expertise to your best advantage.
· Up to 1% cash back of the homes sales price based on:
§ 1/2% for a limited amount of showings (10) or “showing” time (10 hours). Example: The Smith’s viewed ten homes in less than 10 hours and made an Offer to Purchase that was accepted by the Seller, the Smith’s receive at least .5% cash back at closing.
§ 1/2% Bonus if you sold your recent home through Golden Realty. Example: The Smith’s listed and sold their current home through Golden Realty and then used Golden Realty to buy their new home.
§ These rates are based on a Buyer’s broker commission rate of 3%. (If Buyer’s commission is more or less than 3%, Buyer will receive a prorated percentage).
