Founded by Ned Williams who is a Realtor, Broker-In Charge, husband and father of four who enjoys residing in Waxhaw, NC. Mr. Williams holds an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz School of Graduate Business (University of Pittsburgh) and is a Certified Financial Planner. A successful real estate investor, Mr. Williams believes that Golden’s business model will be the driver for changing today’s stagnant real estate practices. Mr. Williams enjoys helping people and coaching his son's soccer team. With four children there is no time for golf but Mr. Williams can be seen on the soccer fields, swim decks, and on a good day on the boat.
